By installing the Click to Chat app or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

What the service is

Click to Chat is an independent utility that builds standard chat links from phone numbers so you can start a conversation without creating a contact. It is not a messaging service; messages are sent by the messaging app installed on your device.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app or the tools on this site to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam or marketing to people who have not asked for it.
  • Harass, threaten, impersonate or deceive anyone.
  • Contact numbers obtained without permission or scraped from other sources.
  • Break any law or the terms of the messaging service you are using.

You are responsible for the messages you send and for having a legitimate reason to contact the numbers you use.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases unlock additional features. All billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. Prices vary by region and may change; the App Store listing is authoritative. See the pricing page for what each tier includes.

Availability

We aim to keep the app and this site working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and behaviour can be affected by updates to iOS or to third-party messaging apps that we do not control.

Disclaimer and liability

The app and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use, including messages sent to a wrong number. Always verify a number before sending.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
